Question about WSC rating system

on that there is a "current rating" and a "rating2", anyone know the difference btw those 2 ratings? I notice that in almost all case the 2 ratings are within 3 or 4 points of each other but in the case of Ace, the diff is 74.

but I have 2 possible answers here.

Either: The bigger the difference between rating and ratinf squared = the better the player.

OR : The bigger the difference between the rating and rating squared = the better the current streak.

On a serious note...........I would imagine it would be the average rating if it was done on a average score......instead of accumlative score........as we all know wsc is accumlative.

I could be wrong!

I think there is a connection to the win streak and/or a lot of recent wins ace. dozer has a big spread too and has an 18 game streak
