Players unable to return to game

I've played two games in the past few days in which my opponent got booted from the site for some reason and was then unable to return within the 15 minute time limit. I know for certain that, in each case, the player actively tried to get back to the game but was unable. I need all the help I can get these days, but this is not the way I want to win games. What is going on with this, and can those wins be removed because they were not earned?

One game was ghochan vs. REALSEAL (maybe three days ago) and the other was ghochan vs. SolemnStraw3 (Saturday, 8/23).

I've lost about 7-10 games when I first started playing here due to this same reason. I've found that rebooting after every game has enabled me to rejoin the game/site if I've been disconnected or booted from the site for what ever reason. I also clear all backup, temp and deleted files everyday. Since I've been doing this I've been able to rejoin all games if I get disconnected. Hope this helps someone, Warhero_POW

I will try your suggestion. My problems occurred after the 2nd game.

we thought usually 15 min should be enough to come back. 5 min reboot, a few minutes to get into gravon ...

It may happen that a player has such big problems with his internet connection that he is unable to return within 15 min, and such a player may ask us to increase the time to 20 or 25 minutes...

But on the other side, there ARE cases in which opponents just leave a game when they are going to loose and if this happens, the player has to wait 15 minutes to get the win and such players did yet ask me to decrease the time to 10 or even 5 minutes.

ghochan, if you agree i will remove the results.

Yes, you can remove those wins. I know for certain that in both cases the player tried to return within 15 minutes but couldn't.

Arrr, Shuk's Ghochy..Just the same cool dude..(except when down General Down at start of game)..Great to see yr still around mate, the more reason for me to play a few more games..grrrr..I forgot yu don't follow NFL..ohh well have to get you on a Sat Evening mate..

So.... If I get disconnected, what is the exact proper procedure for getting back my seat in a game? I mean everything spelled out including logging back on, etc. I've had this happen twice, and not been able to get back to my game and in my place.
