Ok Lets post a Stratego related topic!
Who is going to beat playa1 for the first place on the ranking? There is only 1 month left to see who is the best player of 2006. It looks like playa1 is going to win this title or isnt he? |

Playa1 is almost never onnline, so it is very hard to beat him up, and since I'm retiring from Grav. It will be very hard ,to knock him off the nr#1 spot. |

Tim has really done an outstanding job. He was #5 in 2004, #3 in 2005 and he will probably finish #1 in 2006.
Who else here can say they were in the Top 5 three years in a row?

I can't.
Playa1 is just an example of a young player with great skills and the will to improve. That took him so far up.
Lightwing and Ricardo90 are other examples.

Playa1 is simply not quite skilled enough to deal with me anymore. After kicking him in our last 2 games, it has become painfully obvious who is the new sheriff in town. I advised playa1 to inform his euro brethren that there is a new world order and I would appreciate being addressed as "King Sadi" from now on. |

blind squirrels do find acorns once in a while, looks like Brass found 6 of em right in a row. it was a once in a lifetime miracle that only 1 or 2 people have done before (lotto leto and ambidextrious), that can't possibly happen again.
I talked to Brass a few minutes after he pulled off that remarkable feat of beating Sadistic 6 straight and he was all modest about it. The conversation went something like this:
UB: Hey Brass, amazing achievement beating sadistic 6 in a row
Brass: thx, he's ok
UB: what's that? Oh yeah, he's a decent dude
Brass: No, I mean he's an ok player
UB: Well dude, I doubt that feat has been done before
at that point I looked it up curious to see if it had. I found that ambiorix was the only one to beat sadistic 6 straight in the same day. Leto won 7 in a row spread across a few days some 2+ years ago. |

Brass was feeling down in the dumps, so I gave him some wins to cheer him up. His lottoing in a few of the games didn't hurt his cause, either. I am a very generous king to my people. |
