Reconleon and I were playing and he came up with this line:
"Old Stratego players never die, they just lose their ability to probe."
I laughed for quite a while and couldn't help but share it. |

I thought that some who do not speak english regularly might not get it. Probe does mean to investigate and so in Stratego it is commonly used to refer to finding the identity of your opponents pieces.
To investigate something oftens involves sticking something in a hole, like a doctor probing your mouth with a wooden stick. So, an older person would have a difficult time probing certain "holes". Look up the word "impotence" in an english dictionary. That ought to help and hopefully you might still laugh. |
