Player vs. player, new features, bugs fixed

Hi,

the player vs. player page has been updated today.

Changes:

- it is now possible to select the type of game (Classic, Barrage, UL, Duell or all) of results to be shown

- it is now possible to choose between ranked games, unranked games or all games

- bugfix: all games were shown as unranked games no matter whether they actually were ranked or not. Ranking is now shown correctly.

- bugfix: nicks with mixed uppercase and lowercase letters caused some internal confustion which may have caused some or all results to be missing. This problem is solved now, results are now displayed no matter of uppercase/lowercase letters in any nick.
